Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to deliver tailored support plans.
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
* Empathetic, patient, and confident in supporting vulnerable or challenging young people.
* Understanding of behaviour as communication, with a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
* Eager to learn, reflect, and grow within a supportive team.
* Experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid).
