We are looking for skilled and energetic instructors to lead engaging and effective Pilates reformer classes in our new, fully equipped Reformer Studio at Rye Leisure Centre. This role will involve teaching a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced levels, as well as providing one-on-one private sessions. You will be responsible for creating safe, well-structured, and dynamic workouts that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead group Pilates classes and private sessions, on the Reformer, with an emphasis on balancing client strength, flexibility, and rehabilitation
* Create dynamic, engaging, and effective sessions tailored to the needs of each client, adapting on the spot based on class or private session requirements
* Develop customized Pilates programs for individual clients, addressing their specific goals, including rehabilitation and injury recovery
* Nurture a positive and inclusive studio atmosphere, supporting client motivation and confidence throughout their Pilates practice
* Ensure efficient and professional class and studio operations, including time management and maintaining a clean, organized environment
* Lead workshops or special classes as needed to enhance the client experience and promote community engagement
* Be an active and positive member of the Rye Leisure Centre team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £35.00 per hour
