Key Skills * Apprentice Trained Engineer * Experience of FMCG Production * Supervisory Experience The Role Due to further expansion, my client is looking to recruit into its shift engineering management team; you will be involved in engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies, working on a number of fast moving packaging lines. The ideal candidate will come from a supervisory/manufacturing background and be able to work on preventative maintenance tasks. You may have a mechanical or electrical background with hands on experience from within a high speed automated factory environment. On a day to day basis you will menage a skilled team of 40 multiskilled engineers you will have strong people management skills and whilst monitoring day to day KPI`s working with a SAP PPM system.
