Position: Litter Picker - Lakefest Festival
Location: Ledbury
Dates: 7th till 12th August
Hours: Rotating shifts; Early shift -5am - 12pm or 6am - 1pm and late shift 12pm - 7pm or 1pm - 8pm daily
Pay: 15p/h
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness across the event grounds
* Empty bins and manage waste in high-traffic areas
* Support the Event Supervisor and waste logistics team
* Ensure fast, efficient litter collection during performances
Requirements:
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors all day
* Team-player attitude with strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow supervisor guidance and event protocols
* Previous experience at festivals or outdoor events preferred, but not essential
