We are seeking an Administrator to provide essential support to the Team Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the service and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care for our local community. About The Role As an Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing a professional and friendly service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls Scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring appropriate documentation is prepared Maintaining accurate records and databases Processing requests for information and providing timely responses Supporting the Team Manager with administrative tasks as required In addition to the above, you may also be involved in other administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and general office management tasks. About You The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Experience working in a similar administrative role is essential, preferably within a public sector or social care environment. A good understanding of adult social care would be advantageous but is not essential.
