We’re looking to hire Recruitment Consultants to join either our Technology or Quantitative Finance desks.
Our Desks:
* Quantitative Finance – partnering with hedge funds, trading firms, and banks to place top talent in quantitative research, trading, and engineering.
* Technology – delivering engineers and developers into some of the most exciting businesses across FinTech, AI, and Web3.

What we are looking for:
* Previous sales or recruitment experience.
* Ideally, experience in working in a fast-paced environment and proven ability of autonomy in your work.
* Superb communication skills - We're very collaborative and work as a team.
* High levels of resilience.
* Mature and positive mindset with the view that success is not overnight, you will really have to push yourself to the limit (and beyond!).
* A team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
* Naturally inquisitive with the passion to succeed and overcome obstacles.
* Ownership mentality, prepared to work beyond 9-to-5 to achieve what is required for the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond.
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients for both contract and perm positions.
* Building mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise performance.
* Identifying and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Using a consultative selling approach and advising clients and candidates on the best solution for them.
* Learning about the industry and how these companies work from the inside.
Compensation:
* We have an uncapped commission structure so the potential to earn is endless.
