Job Description:
The Psychological Therapies team at St Peter’s Hospice is dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of our patients, those close to them, and the bereaved. The therapists deliver therapy at our Brentry site and in various community settings. The team works closely alongside our clinical teams, and their work is integral to the holistic support St Peter's offers.
About the role:
The role is office-based at our Brentry site, working alongside our Senior Psychological Therapists and Psychological Support Workers to provide administrative support for efficient service delivery. Occasionally, you may also be involved in the work of our wider Patient and Family Support Team.
* Band 3, salary of £24,625 - £26,187 per annum FTE, dependent on experience
* 15 hours a week, Thursdays and Fridays
About the person:
Applicants should be excellent communicators with the ability to deal sensitively, compassionately, and professionally with patients, clients, and colleagues. A high standard of IT skills, good organization, and teamwork enjoyment are essential.
Key responsibilities:
The successful applicant will maintain and develop team administrative processes, handle calls, and play a key role in the smooth running of the team.
