CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.\n \nWe are recruiting an experienced Joiner to join the team located in Newcastle!\n \nThe Role:\n\nCarry out repairs to doors, windows, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and other wooden fixtures.\nRepair or replace damaged furniture, including desks, chairs, and cabinets.\nAddress issues with wooden flooring, including repairs, patching, and minor installations.\nMaintain and repair wooden structures, such as fences, gates, and decking.\nRespond to reactive maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.\nTroubleshoot and resolve joinery-related problem\nKeep in line with H&S procedures.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team!\n \nWorking Hours\n\n8am - 5pm\nMonday to Friday\nOvertime available!Experience Required:\n\nKnowledge of joinery repairs\nRecognised City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery qualification or equivalent\nA good attitude & willingness to learn is essential.\nPC literate For more information email or apply now!\n\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES\n \nWe are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate on the grounds of gender, sexual o...
