Job Description
We're looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a precision engineering team. You'll set up, operate and monitor CNC to produce quality components to engineering drawings and production targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Set up, run and monitor CNC machines
* Load materials, change tooling/fixtures
* Perform first-off and in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
* Maintain production records and job cards
* Report quality issues and support continuous improvement
* Follow all H&S and quality procedures
Essential Requirements
* Able to read engineering drawings
* 2+ years machining experience
* Hands-on CNC operation and basic setup skills
* Competent with measuring tools
* Strong attention to detail and good time management
Desirable
* CNC or conversational programming
* Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds
* Experience with ISO quality standards
