The Commercial Coordinator provides vital administrative and financial support to the commercial and project team. This role ensures the smooth operation of commercial processes such as procurement, subcontract management, ordering, payments and document control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a good understanding of commercial and financial procedures. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that’s okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued. Essential: Previous experience in a commercial or administrative role within the construction industry. Experience within a finance administration – dealing with invoicing, VAT, CIS etc Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or document control systems. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numerical and analytical abilities Desirable: Experience supporting Quantity Surveyors/ Buyers. Understanding of commercial and contractual documentation Knowledge of procurement processes.
