We are a busy and well-established garage offering high-quality vehicle repairs, servicing, and MOTs. Known for our friendly and professional customer service, we are looking for a dedicated Service Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of the business.
The Role:
As our Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. You'll manage bookings, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage service and repair bookings efficiently
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information
* Liaise between customers and workshop staff
* Prepare invoices and process payments
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
About You:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner
* Confident using computers and booking systems (training provided)
* Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential)
