Support Engineer - BEMS
Base Location: Field-based covering London and South East England.

Role Overview: As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to join our BMS Support team. Responsibilities
* Carry out BMS pre-planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works
* Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns, both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team
* Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently
* Provide detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities
Qualifications
* Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls. Experience with Siemens Apogee would be advantageous however full training will be provided
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers
* Sound levels of customer service, with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction
* An agile working approach, with flexibility to support an on-call rota structure
* A full driving licence, as you will be travelling to different sites
