Assistant Practitioner - Sexual Health Services Integrated sexual health services Band 4 £28,392-£31,157 30 hours per week Permanent Our sexual health services provide clinical outreach, prevention, and health promotion to a diverse range of patients and service users. These services are delivered across various settings, including sex-on-premises venues, residential care homes, homeless shelters and refuges, street outreach, and from a clinical van. The successful candidate will join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team of advanced nurse practitioners, nurses, prevention and engagement workers, and partnership managers.
