Senior Property Services Coordinator

Location: Bradford
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: c.£39,000 per annum

We are looking for a Senior Property Services Coordinator to lead our Repairs Hub coordination team and help deliver excellent, resident‑focused repairs and maintenance services across our homes. This is a fast‑paced leadership role where you’ll drive service quality, ensure compliance, and support effective contractor and operational management.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Leading, mentoring and performance‑managing the Property Services Coordinators
2. Overseeing daily repairs delivery to ensure KPIs and service targets are met
3. Managing high‑risk and urgent repairs, escalating issues promptly
4. Leading contractor WIP reconciliations and handling cost approvals
5. Maintaining accurate performance data for reporting, governance and compliance
6. Supporting wider compliance, complaints resolution and voids performance
7. Liaising with surveyors, contractors and internal colleagues
8. Monitoring resident satisfaction and helping drive continual improvement

What You’ll Bring

9. Strong knowledge of housing repairs, contractor management and compliance
10. Experience with financial governance, WIP reconciliation and cost approvals
11. Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements
12. Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
14. Experience supervising teams in repairs or maintenance
15. Familiarity with housing management systems and Excel
16. Desirable: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in construction, housing or property.
