Role
This is a Sales Assistant / Consultant position at the Mamas & Papas Cheshire Oaks store. The role covers 12 hours per week, across three days – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12:00 to 16:00 – and involves assisting customers, providing product knowledge, handling sales transactions and contributing to an inviting store experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and answer product‑related questions
- Provide recommendations and upsell where appropriate
- Assist with sales transactions and store operations
- Maintain a welcoming, clean and well‑stocked sales floor
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
