Join Entain as a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and encouraging repeat business.
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Promote safer gambling practices
* Take bets on various sports and events
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
* Work towards targets and goals
* Maintain high shop standards
* Open or close the shop as needed
Working patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will be approximately 35 hours, including long opening and closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
Qualifications
* You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops
* Passion for customer service
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations
