Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
3. Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and site assembly
4. Acting on commercial property development projects and funding structures
5. Working with clients across retail, industrial, office, mixed use and corporate occupiers
6. Negotiating and drafting contracts, lease documentation, licences, option agreements
7. Managing relationships with clients
8. Supervising junior staff or paralegals (as required)
9. Supporting business development and contributing to growth of the property team
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have
10. A solicitor ideally with 2-6 years PQE in commercial property work
11. Experienced across development, investment and occupier property transactions
12. Strong drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills
13. Comfortable managing your own work and dealing directly with clients
14. Able to work collaboratively in a growing team
15. Commercially minded, with good attention to risk and practical solutions
16. Ties to Leeds
