Your role in the CRHF team involves maintaining and developing business in North West UK by providing training, education, and technical support to ensure targets are met and Medtronic’s reputation is enhanced.
A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
• Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance.
• Planning clinical, technical, and educational programs with input from sales and other teams.
• Supporting clinical teams during procedures and providing technical support before and after device implantation.
• Troubleshooting support for sales and customers.
• Conducting training for physicians, physiologists, and nurses, including preparing materials.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Supporting marketing and sales with new product introductions.
Must Haves
• Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.
• Reside in North West UK.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Valid driving license.
Nice to Haves
• Experience with cardiac medical devices.
• Knowledge of the marketplace.
• Training/education experience.
• IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation.
