You'll bring your scaffolding expertise, practical know-how, and leadership qualities into a role where you'll manage scaffold operations on-site, oversee teams, ensure safety, and work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage scaffolding operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
* Lead and supervise scaffold teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
* Carry out inspections and audits, producing reports and sign-offs as required
* Liaise with clients, site managers, and other contractors to coordinate works
* Plan resources effectively, ensuring labour and materials are in place
* Support and mentor apprentices and less experienced scaffolders
* Uphold and promote a strong safety culture across all projects
What We're Looking For
* At least 10 years' scaffolding experience with
Advanced CISRS qualification
* Proven experience supervising scaffold works or leading teams on site
* Excellent knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations
* Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
* Full UK driving licence
