Job Advert: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: AccringtonSalary: £26,100.36 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week, over 4 days (7:45 AM - 6:00 PM)Start Date: April 2025Benefits: One day off each week, working four days.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our vibrant nursery in Accrington. If you have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting and engaging activities tailored to children's individual needs.
* Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring they are meeting developmental milestones.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for helping children grow and develop.
