What we're looking for You’ll be a confident, engaging and highly organised recruitment professional who brings: ✔ Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services ✔ Strong direct sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates ✔ Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building ✔ A positive, credible and proactive style ✔ Good understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment ✔ High attention to detail, problem‑solving and initiative ✔ Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases CIPD qualifications or experience in the housing sector are a bonus—but not essential.
