This is a multi-faceted role that blends project management, business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on involvement to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders and development teams to gather, refine, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
* Project Ownership: Lead software projects through their full lifecycle—from planning and design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business units, managing expectations and delivering regular progress updates.
* Planning & Risk Management: Create structured project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
* Active Delivery Involvement: Contribute to solution design, testing coordination, user training, and producing supporting documentation.
* Ongoing Support: Ensure that delivered solutions provide lasting business value and ongoing support is in place.
* Technical Insight: Build deep knowledge of platforms and tools to support decision-making and issue resolution.
Essential Skills Required:
* Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle software development projects.
* Strong skills in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
* Financial acumen for budgeting, estimation, and monitoring project costs.
* A sound technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to report clearly on project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
* Capability to deconstruct complex challenges into manageable workstreams.
* Familiarity with project and service delivery frameworks such as Prince2, MSP, ITIL, and tools like JIRA.
