We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit highly skilled and results-driven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Analyst to support transformational M&A and operational movement projects. This role will focus on transitioning business operations and HR Shared Services to low-cost delivery locations.
Utilise Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to analyse and optimise business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements to support M&A integration and operational transitions.
Work closely with the Transition Project Manager to define, assess, and implement best-in-class operational processes during M&A and the movement of HR Shared Services to low-cost countries.
Identify potential risks in processes and propose solutions for improvement, ensuring continuous monitoring and optimization to maintain operational excellence post-transition.
Support change management initiatives by training teams and key stakeholders on newly optimised processes, ensuring effective adoption and knowledge transfer across global teams.
Develop and implement metrics to track the success of transition programs, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) align with strategic objectives for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Proven track record as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with significant experience applying process improvement methodologies in large-scale M&A, HR, or operational transformation projects.
Strong background in process optimisation, data analysis, and continuous improvement within fast-paced, global environments.
Experience supporting HR Shared Services design and implementation is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to drive change and influence decision-making at the executive level.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
