Were working with a leading Tier 1 contractor on a major utilities infrastructure programme in the North West. They are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee civils and infrastructure works in a live, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to handover
Lead cross-functional site teams and subcontractors
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Drive programme delivery and commercial performance
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' PM experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related discipline
