Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Criminal Solicitor to join our well‑established and highly respected Criminal Law team.
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of criminal matters, undertake court advocacy and provide police station representation. No two days in criminal practice are the same — and this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to clients and the wider community.

Qualifications
* A qualified solicitor with experience in criminal law; Duty Solicitor accreditation is desirable but not essential.
* A demonstrable commitment to publicly funded work and to ensuring equitable access to justice for all clients.
* Ability and willingness to undertake police station advice work, including participation in the duty rota once accredited.
* Excellent communication, analytical and advocacy skills.
* Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
* A professional and supportive approach to teamwork, combined with the ability to work independently when required.
* A proactive attitude towards compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
