Junior Sous Chef - Luxury Country House Hotel - Northamptonshire
Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Towcester area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working in the hotel fine dining restaurant preparing meals for lunch and dinner service to 2AA rosette level standards. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and manage service and encourage junior chefs in the Executive Chef's absence.

The Role
* Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce
* Running service in Head Chef's absence
* Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

* Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 2AA rosette level kitchen
* Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
