Position: In-House Recruiter
Location: Labman HQ, Stokesley, North Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday 37.5hrs)
Labman is growing — fast. With around 80 new roles to hire this year, we're building incredible teams to support worldleading automation projects, and we're looking for an In-House Recruiter who can help make it happen.
If you've got a few years' recruitment experience (inhouse or agency) and an interest in Engineering or technical roles, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
* Turn job descriptions into clear, engaging adverts.
* Post roles across Breezy, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
* Help run campaigns for experienced hires and early careers.
* Reviewing applications quickly and consistently.
* Running initial Teams interviews and asking thoughtful screening questions — including basic technical questions for engineering roles (we'll help you learn).
* Keep candidates informed at every step
* Maintain accurate pipelines and records in Breezy.
* Schedule interviews, prepare interview packs and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Support graduate and early career assessment centres.
* Preparing dashboards and reports that guide decision making.
* Spotting patterns, bottlenecks or gaps — and suggesting practical improvements.
* Tracking KPIs and helping refine how we hire as we continue to scale.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and support wider People & Culture projects when needed.
What You'll Need:
* A few years' recruitment experience (inhouse or agency).
* Confidence handling end to end processes from advertising to offer.
* Strong organisation and communication skills and high attention to detail.
* Experience using an ATS (Breezy would be a bonus).
* Interest in engineering or technical roles — or the willingness to learn.
Desirable:
* Nice to have: Boolean search skills, LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
