The Opportunity:
As a Product Specialist, you’ll be a bridge between technology and customers — working with Account Executives to deliver Proofs of Value, demonstrate use cases, and ensure clients see the true impact of the product. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to enterprise clients, complex buying cycles, and cutting-edge AI solutions.
Your Role:
* Partner with Account Executives to design and deliver tailored product trials for enterprise prospects
* Lead engaging demos, showing customers how AI can simplify and speed up complex tasks
* Understand client challenges, design smart solutions, and guide them through adoption
* Collaborate with Support and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Help turn trials into long-term success stories — you’ll be key to the growth engine
