Main duties of the job
Provide key administration support to the whole Executive Team and its function.
Support the Deputy Chief Executive Officer with administration support for the effective management of all funding contracts and service agreements.
Deliver key administration function for the Head of Fundraising & Communications in tasks associated with income generation, including lead operational admin of Beacon system.
Undertake specific task and finish projects that are associated with the organisations public engagement and influencing offer.
Support the Executive and Management teams mobilisation of all We Are Survivors strategies.
Undertake specific tasks as directed by a Manager or a member of the Executive Team.

Were growing our Public Engagement and Influencing function. This work is about delivering on our second charitable objective: providing training and education in, and awareness raising campaigns of, the prevention and impact of sexual harm on males, sharing knowledge and information to support a greater societal understanding of sexual harms.
Our Public Engagement and Influencing team is led by the Head of Fundraising and Comms, and includes fundraising, comms, and research and policy. The Business Support Co-Ordinator is an essential member of the team, responsible for ensuring that public engagement activity is underpinned by high-quality, reliable data through careful management of the CRM. As Business Support CoOrdinator, you will play a vital role in enabling our Team to deliver the organisations strategy and charitable objectives. Youll provide highquality administrative and project support across the organisation, working closely with senior leaders.
This is a varied, fastpaced role suited to someone who enjoys accurate data collection, managing multiple priorities and contributing to meaningful social impact. We like to invest in our people; most of our staff are undertaking additional qualifications. There is the opportunity to be enrolled on level 3 qualifications relevant to the role.

* Experience of holding an administration role (or equivalent).
* Knowledge and experience of working within Health & Safety guidelines, processes and legislation.
* Demonstrable experience and understanding of developing customer relationship management systems, membership systems and of using database information.

* Experience of processing data at a strict confidentiality level.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
