iO Associates are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and support of our clients OnDemand cloud solutions whilst working heavily in AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, manage, and support production cloud infrastructure
* Improve and standardise AWS deployment practices
* Provide cloud consultancy across the business
* Automate software integration and deployment
* Containerise and deploy existing products
* Troubleshoot and resolve client infrastructure issues
Essential Skills:
* Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
* Expertise in infrastructure design (cloud, networking, security, storage)
* Experience with Kubernetes and containerisation
* Database infrastructure knowledge (e.g., Oracle)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills:
* Multi-site and resilient architecture design
* Knowledge of cloud security, ISO, and PCI standards
* Familiarity with Azure and other cloud providers
* Experience with both Windows and Linux environments
* Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
* Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
