We are looking for an experienced and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at our busy and welcoming holiday park. This is a key role, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations across the holiday park
* Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team
* Ensure all accommodation is cleaned and prepared to a high standard for guest arrivals
* Manage rotas, staffing levels, and holiday cover
* Carry out regular inspections to maintain quality standards
* Order and manage cleaning supplies and linen stock
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
* Work closely with reception and management teams to meet guest needs
About You
* Previous experience in housekeeping supervision (hospitality or holiday park preferred)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and pride in maintaining standards
* Able to work weekends, peak seasons, and changeover days
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
