* Acts as technical lead for IT Specialists who provide system analysis services for Automated Information Systems (AIS) on ServiceNow supporting the business needs of the DLA user community.
* Provides systems analyst expertise for project teams to ensure the development of requirement solutions and related requirement documents...

* Provides expert technical guidance to project teams, team members, and other organizational personnel, offering information and recommendations to coworkers and management personnel in order to simplify and streamline technical processes.
* Provides support to customers/system users, identifies criticality of reported problems and prepares responses and/or recommends solutions to customers.
* Collaborates with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders in support of applications residing on the ServiceNow platform.
* Provides input into scope, schedule, and cost associated with the projects assigned.
