A global supplier with several decades of experience, this is one of their most exciting periods, with an increase in demand for their product leading to growth and investment onsite. This is very much a hands-on focussed role. It is essential that you have experience of Fabrication / Fitting and Assembly. CNC milling and lathe machines experience would be useful. Engineering Team Leader Hours and Benefits £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience) 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am 4:00pm Monday to Friday Overtime and bonus opportunities This position is commutable from Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood Engineering Team Leader Candidate Requirements Solid engineering background with practical experience. Proven Fabrication / Fitting and hands-on Assembly experience. Bench Drilling and Bench Tapping. CNC machining expertise would be useful but isnt essential. Organised, proactive, and quality focused. Engineering Team Leader Key responsibilities Lead a small engineering team and keep workflow on track. Read and work from engineering drawings to precision tolerances.
