About y ouHNC in construction or equivalent and / or a time served trades background in carpentry or plumbing with a recognised qualification i.e. City & Guild s.Professional qualification in a trade associated skill i.e. City & Guild s.We are looking for an organised person who can balance and prioritise their workload within a designated patc h.You will have a customer centric approach with a focus on getting it right first time. Ideally you will be a pragmatic decision maker and able to think on your fee t.Experience in Repairs & Maintenance surveying is essentia l.You will have a Full UK Driving licenc e.Knowledge of current legislation around Damp & Mould is beneficial for this rol e.
