The Role: Dedicated Support Across All Ages
You will be a vital member of the classroom team, providing essential one-to-one and small-group support for students across various age groups.
* Support the learning and well-being of students with complex needs, helping them achieve their personal best.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing differentiated learning materials and managing a positive classroom environment.
* Work proactively to understand and implement student-specific behaviour and communication strategies.
* Provide support with personal care, mobility, and life skills, where required.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Daily Pay Rate: £90 - £120 per day (Starting from £90 per day)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Fixed Day)
Contract: Term-Time Only (Enjoy ALL school holidays!)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available (ASAP)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
