Providing written/telephone expert ER advice and guidance to managers at all levels across the organisation.
Managing a portfolio of ER cases providing progressive tailored advice, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the risk assessment and needs of each case.
Coaching and upskilling managers in all aspects of people management including robust decision-making, fairness, and consistency of application of our ER policies and procedures.
To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and ER best practice
Excellent written and telephone communication skills
Experience in coaching and upskilling managers
Proven ability to deliver commercially savvy, pragmatic HR solutions to complex Employee Relations cases, with a strong focus on managing risk
Ability to work in partnership with customers and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
