Our client, a nationally respected accident repair specialist, is seeking a Bodyshop Manager to join their team in Newcastle.
What will the successful Bodyshop Manager do?
12. Guide a team of Bodyshop technicians to achieve targets.
13. Develop processes to best optimise the efficiency of the bodyshop.
14. Utilise their knowledge and expertise.
15. Ensure the working environment adheres to health and safety guidelines.
16. Work effectively alongside other departments in the business to aid business operations.
The successful Bodyshop Manager will have:
17. Significant knowledge of Bodyshop operations
18. A background in the accident repair sector.
19. The ability to effectively lead a team.
20. A sound working knowledge of repair processes / techniques.
21. Excellent communication skills.
22. Confidence using Microsoft Office Applications.
23. An ability to meet tight deadlines.
24. High attention to detail.
25. Full UK Drivers License.
The successful Bodyshop Manager will get:
