The Role
* You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential
* Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests
* Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
* Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages
* Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
* Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
* Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
