The role involves assisting theLoss Adjusters within the team to ensure we deliver outstanding customer andclient service. This is an integral role in an expanding team specialising inhigher value and complex claims.
The role requires a solid andmature approach and involves working closely with the Loss Adjusters and TeamLeader of Adjusting. A key part is to develop the knowledge of the AdjusterTechnician to enable a greater understanding of the Adjusting role.
Where: You would be based at one of our office locations, Taunton, TA1, Culmhead TA3 or Stoke, ST5
Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 DOE
When: Monday – Friday, hours per week, hours per day with a 1 hour lunch break.
What you will be doing:
1. Ensuring targets and service level agreements areachieved.
2. Liaise with clients in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Working together with the Loss Adjusters to provideadmin assistance to ensure smooth running of high value and complex cases.
4. Regular calls to customers to update them on theoverall progress of their claim.
5. Calls to Suppliers to chase progression on the claims.
6. Updating Project Plans where applicable for theAdjuster
7. Assisting with complaints, ensuring the Loss Adjusterachieves resolution, follow-up action and the Loss Adjuster has sent therelevant documentation to the correct parties.
What do we need form you:
8. Experience within the Loss Adjusting sector
9. Proficient in Microsoft packages, specifically PowerPoint and ExcelExperience within the insurance industry
10. CII qualified to Cert CII level – Working towards / Desirable.
11. CILA qualified to Cert CILA level - desirable but not essential.
12. It is an expectation of your role to complete the relevant CII qualification
