Band 5 Occupational Therapist
We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist. We offer four monthly rotations across acute and community settings, including Stroke.
Our friendly and supportive department provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within a sound framework of regular appraisal and CPD including IST. This post offers excellent scope for professional development.

Responsibilities
* To manage a defined caseload, using evidence based / client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions in hospital and community settings, working across all specialties at Croydon NHS, which may include Elderly Care, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neuro / Stroke Unit, Medical, cardiology, Community services and reablement.
* To maintain clinical records in line with Trust and COT standards.
* Actively participate in MDT.
