Data Center Shift Technician
Location: Farnborough, UK
Salary: Up to £58k
Join a dynamic team as a Data Center Shift Technician, where you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a critical data center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine site inspections and maintenance of Mechanical & Engineering systems.
* Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
* Work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
* Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
* Monitor and respond to HVAC and environmental conditions.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Technical training/apprenticeship or equivalent experience (1-2 years preferred).
* Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
