Role Description
This is a full-time, fixed-term (FTC) position as a Key Account Executive, covering a maternity leave. The role is based in Surrey for compulsory 3 days in office. The Key Account Executive will be supporting and responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, executing sales strategies, and ensuring that client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support for the UK/IR and EU markets, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day retailer inquiries.
2. Assist the NAM in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. Maintain and update sales trackers to monitor performance against targets.
3. Support the management of wholesale and distributor channels by processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring stock availability.
4. Assist in the preparation of accurate sales forecasts by gathering historical data and identifying trends in sell-in and sell-out performance.
5. Take full ownership of uploading product data, pricing, and images onto retailer portals and completing "New Line Forms" for seasonal launches.
6. Coordinate with the trade marketing team to ensure all brand assets (images, copy, displays) are delivered to partners on time for impactful campaign launches.
