Cover Supervisor Full Time We’re looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisor. You’ll be stepping into classrooms, keeping lessons running smoothly, and making sure students stay on track. No two days are the same – and that’s what makes it fun. What you’ll be doing: Delivering pre-set lessons and supporting students in their learning Managing classroom behaviour and creating a calm, positive environment Building strong relationships with staff and students Gaining hands-on experience that’s perfect for aspiring teachers You’ll need: A degree or relevant classroom experience (ideal for graduates or TAs ready for more responsibility) A calm, confident approach and great communication skills The ability to think on your feet and enjoy a challenge Hold strong behaviour management and positive classroom presence All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
