Job Description
3. Working across the Customer Experience teams providing them with financial insights and analysis.
4. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
5. Support decision-making by interpreting financial data and trends.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
7. Work with stakeholders to improve financial efficiency and control.
8. Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
9. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
10. Qualified accountant
11. Must have relevant Housing Association experience
12. Ideally Customer Experience or Rent and Service Charge exposure
13. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
14. Proven ability to analyse financial data and present actionable insights.
15. Excellent communication skills to support and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
16. Strong excel skills
17. Capability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
What's on Offer
