Overview

Site Administrator role at AIMCH – joining the Linford site in Stanford-le-Hope. Reporting to the Senior Site Coordinator, the Site Administrator supports the Senior Site Coordinator to deliver administrative tasks and fulfil the weighbridge daily operation.

Includes operating the weighbridge, placing orders on SAP (including GRNing and clearing webcycles), organising transport and coordinating with site management to ensure all administrative duties are met.


Responsibilities

* Effectively manage and control daily site visitors and contractors to ensure all arriving personnel are inducted, have verified skillsets (MP-Connect), possess correct PPE, and have relevant H&S documentation in order.
* Support management to ensure all site procurement orders are approved, loaded on SAP and processed accurately within required time scales.
* General office administrator duties including PPE management, filing, maintaining site noticeboards, archiving, stationery storage, stock take entry, account reconciliations and other related tasks.
* Perform weighbridge operations and interact with hauliers, customers, visitors and contractors; undertake site administrative maintenance tasks as directed by the Senior Site Coordinator to prioritise administration support while ensuring the weighbridge duties are fulfilled. The split is anticipated to be ~60% weighbridge and 40% administration, with coverage for others during annual leave or sickness.
* Ensure jobs are input correctly, orders are raised and processed via SAP, and materials are receipted as per requests/delivery notes within the required specifications.
* Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures, including fire alarm testing, first aid provision, site compliance on Legionella, Structural, DSEAR, COSHH, electrical, Asbestos and other regulations, and HIRA & SSOW administrative site compliance management.
* Maintain the efficient operation of the weighbridge and provide clear direction to lorries as they arrive and depart the site.
