JS Care 4 All is a growing domiciliary care agency providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living in their own homes across Bournemouth, Poole, and Southbourne. We are passionate about delivering care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
We are now seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and work alongside the Registered Manager to support and grow the service.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role—or as a Care Coordinator or Supervisor—looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, supporting care staff, ensuring compliance, and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
Assist with staff management, supervision, and mentoring
Oversee care planning, assessments, and care reviews
Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
Participate in the on-call rota as required
Support in delivering care when required, especially during staff shortages or emergencies
Help identify opportunities for growth and service improvement
Requirements:
Experience in a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator, or Supervisor role within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care quality standards
Confident, organised, and able to lead a team effectively
Passionate about delivering outstanding care
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (working towards Level 5 preferred)
What We Offer:
Salary of £28,500 – £30,000 per year, depending on experience
