Main Duties- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role. To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training. To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives. To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations. Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained. To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel. Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations. Ensure the development of assistant manager and supervisors in order to promote in the future. Handle guest feedback and action accordingly. What do you need to apply? The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in the conference and banqueting industry as a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be; well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work all shift patterns.
