We are a growing ecommerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll support day-to-day operations and ensure our online store runs smoothly.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Upload and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms.
* Process customer orders and ensure accurate records.
* Update stock levels and liaise with suppliers when needed.
* Assist with customer queries via email/phone.
* Prepare reports and analyze sales using Excel.
* Provide administrative support to the ecommerce team.
* Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve user experience.
* Manage product listings on platforms such as WordPress, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
* Create engaging copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
* Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Oversee Google Ads campaigns, optimising for maximum ROI through targeted advertising strategies.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute B2B marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement to ensure high-quality visual content.
* Manage social media accounts, creating content calendars and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
* Provide leadership in project management, coordinating tasks across teams to meet deadlines effectively.
* Maintain organised records of marketing activities and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
* Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and communication skills tailored for business audiences.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
