We are now looking for an IT Associate Business Partner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working over 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The Role As an IT Associate Business Partner, you’ll act as a vital link between IT and the wider business, driving collaboration and ensuring our technology initiatives deliver real value. Working alongside the IT Business Partner, you’ll be involved in project management, client collaboration, improvement projects and will build relationships across the business and beyond. You’ll monitor project timelines, proactively address potential delays, and ensure outcomes are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. What's more, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout each project phase, provide regular updates, and help define customer requirements to support any necessary changes. Additionally, you will: - Help manage change requests and communication related to new systems or technologies - Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing - Support communication between architecture, operations, and other internal teams - Review processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency About You To be considered as an IT Associate Business Partner, you will need: - Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within logistics - Experience in developing and managing IT roadmaps aligned to business strategy - Strong project management experience delivering high-value IT solutions - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of Microsoft products The closing date for this role is 15th June 2025.
