Key responsibilities include:
Drive best-in-class sourcing through robust policies, frameworks, and a procurement centre of excellence.
Partner with directorates to address strategic sourcing needs, informed by organisational goals and supplier insights.
Manage end-to-end sourcing: market analysis, supplier selection, strategy, and contract negotiation.
Ensure strategic sourcing activity procurement activities deliver value, reduce risk, and uphold integrity, innovation, and compliance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a senior sourcing role, operating within a large or multinational organisation.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic, business-critical supplier relationships and contracts to drive sustainable value and performance improvements.
Strong presence and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build credible relationships and effectively challenge senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical, operational, and commercial factors to deliver optimal outcomes.
